The Hidden Garden Ethnobotanical Sanctuary is hosting the first annual Afro-Botany conference from September 2-4, 2017.
This gathering is intended as a celebration of and opportunity to share traditional wisdom, food, crafts, music, dance and ceremony with the goal of empowering participants to contribute to the survival of Afro-botany and the science of Bush Medicine.
The Rich Coast Project will be co-hosting an Elders Luncheon & Storytelling Circle from 12-2pm at the Hidden Garden, located in the jungle behind town in Puerto Viejo.
